ANDOR MOSAIC3 - DMD pixel and Image Pixel

StevenF
Hello Micromanager community!

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to find out which pixel on the DMD
corresponds to the one on the screen! Surely this is done by Micromanager or
the plugin itself in some way already!

I'll note that i am using the Python wrapper to communicate with
Micromanager so any solution that does not require the GUI running would be
much appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Steven

Hi Steven,

Take a look at the supplementary of the paper:

"Light-based feedback for controlling intracellular signaling dynamics",
Toettcher et al. 2011, Nat. Methods

There he has a function for MATLAB called "MM_getMosaicRegion".

Maybe it helps.

On the other hand I saw you were trying to control the Mosaic3 via MM in
Python, in another post.
You got however a NotImplementedError message. Could you solve this? Cause I
am getting the same.

Best!
Bruno.
