Hi!
I’m trying to control and Andor camera through matlab using the micro-manager core API. I need to write code to do continuous acquisition and display the image in real time. I also have to write code to perform real-time image processing
of the images coming from the camera in kinetic mode.
What I would ideally like to use is event handling. For instance, use a function available in the Andor SDK to wait for the next available frame and react upon it. But these functions don’t seem to be interfaced in the Andor device adapter
for micro-manager.
Can anyone show me a simple way of doing this using the micromanager core API on matlab?
