Channels not saved, all images interleaved

Taylor Minckley

Hi all,

Our scope/MM setup used to save each channel individually within the stack file when acquiring time-lapse images. Recently, all the multi-channel timelapse images are interleaved (Channel 1 image 1, Channel 2 image 1, Channel 3 image 1, Channel 1 image 2, Channel 2 image 2, etc.) and they do not maintain their pseudocolor. This requires deinterleaving and manually merging them into a multichannel image.

Has anyone experienced this error and/or know how to fix it?

Your assistance is much appreciated and thanks in advance.

Sincerely,

Taylor Minckley

Which version of Micro-Manager are you using on the microscope, and which version are you using to open the images (or are you opening the files in Fiji or ImageJ?)

Best,

Nico
