Not exactly what you want, but if you check the Autofocus checkbox in the MDA window (and select the CRISP), Micro-Manager will engage the Autofocus before each position/timepoint and then disengage the autofocus. As long as the difference in height between positions is not too large, this should work for you.
B.t.w., did you discover the "ASI CRISP Control" plugin? It should make calibration of the CRISP a lot easier. Please do let me know how things work for you. I wrote the code last December and we used it successfully at the ASCB meeting with a spinning disk confocal and oil immersion objective.
