Minor bug in Andor driver

Hi list,

While skimming through the andor driver source code, I found a trivial
bug. Probably due to copy/paste error, both branches of the if
instruction are identical when creating the readout mode property.

I assume that the property should be read only if there is only a single
value. See attached patch (which removes the if alltogether).
