Hi,
I have a question regarding imaging multiple channels and multiple
positions.
I have properly configured the multi-dimensional acquisition on my
instrument.
And I can collect time series with multiple positions and with multiple
fluorophores.
Is it possible to collect time series with all positions and with
multiple fluorophores and different exposure time?
For example, I want to image at position (1) with GFP 400 msec exposure
and with transmitted light (TL) 80 msec exposure, at position (2) with
GFP 200 msec and with TL 40 msec, at position (3) with GFP 100 msec and
with TL 20 msec, and at position (4) with GFP 50 msec and with TL 10 msec.
Now, I try optimizing exposure time to image living cells long period,
for which this will be very helpful.
I have been unable to figure it out and I wasn't able to find anything
in the email archives.
Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks for your time.
Atsushi
