add delay time during a series of 340/380 capturing

Brian_major

Dears,

I have a system include a sutter lambda-10B filter wheel and Andor Zyla 4.2, and I control them by micro-manager.

My experiment design is capturing 340nm/380nm emission picture every 3 seconds, and the exposure time of a single picture is around 20~50 ms. Now I’d like to add a short delay time between 340nm and 380nm captures. How can I do?

Best wishes,

Brian

More complicated acquisitions are usually carried out using a script.
In this case, it would also be possible to attach a runnable

to the acquisition that sleeps a little after the first channel.

Best,

Nico

Knecht, David
How about a dummy channel in the sequence that “exposes” for the time delay needed?  Dave
