Dear Nico,
I am having difficulty getting my prior optiscan 2 XY stage configured. In step 4 of the configuration wizard, I select the COM1 port. When I try to move to the next step, I get the following error message:
error: error code 22
XY stage: error code 10009(2719 hex)
If I try to move to the next step again, I get a slightly different error message:
error: error code 22
COM1: error code 101(65 hex)
If I try again, this second error message repeats.
The stage works fine if I use Nikon elements.
Any ideas would be most welcome!
