I've been getting an error with our Hamamatsu Orca camera. When it appears, I have to shut down uM, cycle the power on the camera, then restart uM. Sometimes I need to restart the computer.

I've been trying to get Micromanager to work with a Hamamatsu Orca-ER C4742-80 camera for the past couple fo days, but I keep getting error messages. This is the configuration file I found online:

I'm trying to run a hamamatsu ImageEM camera via micromanager and don't understand why there are differences between it and the HC image software. Specifically if I set a frame rate (say 0.016 ms exposure time) and record say 100 images, in the HC image software the time between each frame as well...

We just notified Hamamatsu about this same problem (but will let them...
After installing the March 2012 DCAM-API, I think the original error I was getting with the "Hamamatsu" adapter is fixed. At least I haven't seen it in a while. So that's good.
"HamamatsuHam" does not work.
Hi, I know there's a number of issues relating to the Hamamatsu cameras, but nothing posted seemed to help.
Here is a summary of the steps I've taken to try to get our camera to work after it stopped being able to connect using µManager:
