I have two Coherent Sapphire CDRH driver units, each attached to a laser, that I would like to implement in micro manager via usb. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong with the setup, but I tried using both the Sapphire and the coherentcube device adapters and could not control the...
Hi, We need an Adapter to the Coherent Sapphire 488 LP-Laser. There is already an Adapter to the Coherent Cube, which would probably only need a few minor modifications. I have also requested Coherent Germany to program such an adapter, hoping they will be willing to help. Thanks a lot in advance...

The latest builds of MM 1.3 and MM 1.4 do have an adapter for the Sapphire, could you give it a try
and see if it works?
I added your notes to the Sapphire page on the Micro-Manager website:

we have Coherent Sapphire lasers that are controlled by CDRH Driver
Units which are connected via USB to the computer. The USB appears as
emulated COM port in the Windows Device Manager. Until now we have
been using a LabView script to control laser power and state (on/off).

I'm writing a C++ app using MMCore.
I can't load device adapter that came with the Micro Manager 1.4.23 (nightly build).
The error message:
"Failed to load module "C:\Program Files\Micro-Manager-1.4\mmgr_dal_RaptorEPIX.dll""
The problem doesn't occur when I'm loading another device adapter (e.g. Sapphire).
