Hi - does umanager have a device for the Zeiss Definite Focus 2? I have used the DF1 before, and when I talked to Zeiss they mentioned that they had shared the API to the DF2 with umanager. They did not know if it had been implemented as a device yet, however. Does anyone know the status DF2 in umanager? Thanks! Rob

I am using a Zeiss Microscope and the ZeissCAN29 adapter. On the microscope there is a function of the Halogen Lamp to set it to 3200K for color balance. (See middle button in image) Is it possible to add this as a property to the ZeissHalogenLamp device in the ZeissCAN29 adapter? Thank you for your help, Frank V.

I have the Zeiss focus in the configuration, but what I see in the default just says Focus. That is also true in the group. I see nothing called Zeiss focus drive. It seems to be controlling the zeiss z because when I take a z section, it lists the positions, but that z position value does not...

Hi, I also have an HXP 120 C that I would like to control, but it is connected directly to the computer, not to a Zeiss Microscope. Therefore, when I try to add the ZeissHXPShutter in the device manager it gives me the error message "this shutter is not installed in this zeiss microscope...

Hi Dave, You likely need to set the Zeiss z-drive as the default focus drive. You can do this in Step 3 of the Hardware Configuration Wizard, Best regards, Arthur On Thu, Aug 23, 2012 at 10:26 AM, David Knecht <david.knecht@...> wrote: > Is there a way to see the z position of...
